Discipline!
I once read a good quote by a triathlon trainer:
"Discipline is to train even when you don't want to do it and don't feel like it at all. Doing this will enable you to actually do the things that you want to do!"
No rocket science really, but it helps to motivate quite a bit. So, I just wanted to post it here to make sure I don't forget about it, especially now that those cold and grey fall days are coming up. Maybe it helps you too?
Anyway, but as for tonight .. I am still going to skip my training and will just relax and take it easy. So much for the discipline... It will all start tomorrow. ;)
